Kyocera Slider (SE44) review
An extraordinary mobile phone we had a look at is the Kyocera Slider (SE44), a phone that was conceived to compete the mobile phone market. Released around 01/1/2004 the Slider (SE44) functions under the networks AMPS 800 / CDMA 800 / 1900. Being of size 122 x 48 x 23 mm and weighting only 96 g, this cell phone makes an interesting tool. The phone is equipped with a 1100 mAh Li-Ion battery which lets you talk for about 4.00 hours and lasts in standby around 100 hours. Its engineers included a 1.5 MB memory, just enough a normal use! A cool thing of the Kyocera Slider (SE44) is the speaker phone, which is always useful in loud places! The screen on this cell phone lets installation of wallpapers of 128 x 128 px.
The gaming system included in the Kyocera Slider (SE44) is running on BREW, providing cool little games! Not surprisingly, being standard in all cell phone, the Slider (SE44) offers both services EMS and SMS messaging. The phone has a calendar which is very easy to use and Kyocera included a phone book having a contact list capacity of 200. The text prediction tool is based on the eZiText technology, which is very easy to use.
The data transfer uses the cdma2000 1xRTT technology. We finish by believing the Kyocera Slider (SE44) to be a great cell phone and we happily suggest it to anyone interested in a good phone!
