LG CE500 review
An outstanding phone we had the chance to review is the LG CE500, a cell phone that has been created to rival this year's market. Unveiled around 01/10/2005 the CE500 supports the networks GSM 850 / 1800 / 1900. Measuring only 94 x 48 x 24 mm and having a weight of only 105 g, this cell phone makes an interesting tool. The LG CE500 comes with an interesting camera of 0.3 MP / 640 x 480 px / 4X Zoom / Flash / Video Recorder. It comes with a 1000 mAh Li-Ion battery, letting a talk time of 7.00 hours and lasts in standby around 220 hours. Its creators incorporated a 32 MB memory, enough a normal use! Summing to its internal memory you can increase it with external memory with microSD / TransFlash memory cards.
The nice screen of this cell phone is capable of setting wallpapers of 128 x 160 px. LG built the CE500 with a 64 chords capable ringtones, making a great phone for you to add several ringtones. If you like phones that uses skins you will be happy the CE500 supports custom themes. The game collection included in the LG CE500 is running on J2ME, having cool little games to play with! Unsurprisingly, since it is now standard in all phones, the CE500 enables both SMS and EMS.
Additionally it has MMS messaging to send pictures and any multimedia file! The phone includes a calendar which is well designed and LG equipped it with a phone book with a capacity of 250. The prediction text tool is based on the T9 technology, which is very easy to use. The High speed data transfer uses the GPRS (Class 10) / EDGE technology. Connection to a computer is possible with a cable to transfer data between both systems.
We finish by believing the LG CE500 to be an awesome cell phone and we greatly encourage it to you!
