An outstanding phone we have evaluated is the LG VX6100, a phone that was conceived to revolutionize a very competitive market. Released around 01/10/2004 the VX6100 is supporting the networks AMPS 800 / CDMA 800 / 1900. Having a dimension of only 90 x 48 x 24 mm and having a weight of only 116 g, this phone has a perfect design. The LG VX6100 comes with an interesting camera of 0.3 MP / 640 x 480 px / 4X Zoom / Flash / Self-Timer / Multi-Shot. It comes with a 1000 mAh Li-Ion battery which lets you talk for about 3.00 hours and lasts in standby around 150 hours. Its engineers included a 2.9 MB memory, just enough for your daily tasks! An attractive option of the LG VX6100 is the speaker phone, being a useful tool anywhere! The nice screen of this cell phone lets installation of wallpapers of 128 x 160 px.
If you like skinnable phones you will like to know the VX6100 has customizable themes enabled. The gaming system included in the LG VX6100 is based on BREW, which supports many fun games! Not surprisingly, since it is now standard in all phones, the VX6100 supports both SMS and EMS. You also have MMS messages enabled to send pictures and clips! The calendar available is very intuitive and LG provided a phone book having a contact list capacity of 499.
The prediction text tool is using the T9 technology, which is renowned as a good tool. The High speed data transfer uses the cdma2000 1xRTT technology.
