This cell phone comes with a 1100 mAh Li-Ion battery, enough to talk for about 3.33 hours and lasts in standby around 110 hours. Its engineers included a 128 MB memory, a good quantity for your daily tasks! An attractive option of the LG VX8000 is the speaker phone, which is always useful in loud places! The nice screen of this cell phone is capable of setting wallpapers of 176 x 220 px.
LG has created its VX8000 with a 64 chords ringtone ringer, making a great phone for you to add several ringtones. If you like skinnable phones you will like to know the VX8000 supports custom themes. The gaming engine LG VX8000 is based on BREW / 3D Gaming, having cool games to distract yourself! Not surprisingly, being standard in all cell phone, the VX8000 has support for both SMS and EMS.
It also supports MMS messaging to send all your multimedia messages! The cell phone comes with a calendar which is well designed and LG equipped it with a phone book having a contact list capacity of 500. The predictive text system exploits the T9 technology, being very easy to use. The VX8000 does support streaming media based on the VCAST technology.
This cell phone is using the cdma2000 1xEV-DO technology. Connection to a computer is possible with a cable to share data between both systems. We conclude believing the LG VX8000 to be a very interesting cell phone and we would recommend it to anyone interested in a good phone!
