An admirable cell phone we had the chance to review is the Motorola MPx200, a cell phone that has been created to compete a very competitive market. Released around 01/10/2003 the MPx200 supports the networks GSM 1800 / 1900. Measuring only 89 x 48 x 27 mm and weighting only 118 g, this phone has a perfect design. This cell phone comes with a 850 mAh Li-Ion battery which lets you talk for about 4.25 hours and lets in standby mode about 104 hours. Its creators added a 8.0 MB memory, just enough for a regular use! Summing to its internal memory you can increase it with external memory with SD / MMC memory cards.
A cool thing of the Motorola MPx200 is the speaker phone, being a useful tool anywhere! The nice screen of this cell phone lets setting a wallpaper of 176 x 220 px. If you like skinnable phones you will be happy to know the MPx200 has customizable themes enabled. The game collection included in the Motorola MPx200 is running on Smartphone 2002, having cool little games to play with! Not surprisingly, since it is now standard in all phones, the MPx200 has support for both SMS and EMS. The cell phone comes with a calendar which is well designed and Motorola equipped it with a phone book with a capacity of 500.
The text prediction system exploits the T9 technology, being a top system for easy using. The MPx200 does support streaming media based on the Windows Media Player technology. The High speed data transfer is using the GPRS (Class 10) technology. The MPx200 uses an infrared port for all your data transfer. Connection to a computer is possible with a cable to transfer ringtones, wallpapers, etc.
