An outstanding phone we had the chance to review is the Motorola V330, a phone that was designed to rival the mobile phone market. Launched around 01/4/2005 the V330 is supporting the networks GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900. Having a dimension of only 89 x 49 x 25 mm and having a weight of only 114 g, this cell phone makes an interesting tool. The Motorola V330 is equipped with a compact camera of 0.3 MP / 640 x 480 px / 4X Zoom / Video Recorder. This phone arrives with a 780 mAh Li-Ion battery, enough to talk for about 7.08 hours and lasts in standby around 235 hours. Its creators added a 5 MB memory, just enough a normal use! An attractive option of the Motorola V330 is the speaker phone, which is always useful in loud places! The nice screen of this cell phone lets setting a wallpaper of 176 x 220 px.
Motorola built the V330 with a 24 chords ringtones engine, ready for you to add several ringtones. If you want a customizable phone you will like to know the V330 enables custom. The game collection included in the Motorola V330 is based on J2ME, providing cool little games! Unsurprisingly, being standard in all cell phone, the V330 supports both SMS and EMS.
You also have MMS messages enabled to send pictures and clips! The cell phone comes with a calendar which is very easy to use and Motorola provided a phone book having a capacity of 1000. The predictive text system is based on the iTAP technology, being very easy to use. This cell phone is using the GPRS (Class 10) / EDGE technology. It can also be connected to a computer with a cable to exchange information.
