Nokia 3220 review
An interesting cell phone we had the chance to test is the Nokia 3220, a phone that was conceived to revolutionize the mobile phone market. Released around 01/7/2004 the 3220 supports the networks GSM 850 / 1800 / 1900. Measuring only 105 x 44 x 19 mm and having a weight of only 86 g, this item's size will satisfy its most skeptic users. The Nokia 3220 also includes an interesting camera of 0.3 MP / 640 x 480 px / Self-Timer / Video Recorder. This cell phone comes with a 760 mAh Li-Ion battery, enough to talk for about 3.50 hours and lets in standby mode about 350 hours. Its engineers included a 4.5 MB memory, a good quantity for a regular use! An attractive option of the Nokia 3220 is the speaker phone, which is useful in the car for example! The large screen lets setting a wallpaper of 128 x 128 px.
Nokia has designed its 3220 with a 16 chords ringtone player, making a great phone for you to add several ringtones. If you like skinnable phones you will appreciate the fact that the 3220 supports custom themes. The gaming system included in the Nokia 3220 runs on J2ME, supporting fun little games! Not surprisingly, since it is now standard in all phones, the 3220 offers both services EMS and SMS messaging.
You also have MMS messages enabled to send all multimedia files! The prediction text tool exploits the T9 technology, which is very easy to use. The data transfer uses the GPRS (Class 10) / EDGE technology. The phone may be connected to a computer with a cable to share information. We conclude believing the Nokia 3220 to be a fantastic cell phone and we happily suggest it to our readers!
