Nokia 6200 review
A great phone we had a look at is the Nokia 6200, a phone that was conceived to revolutionize this year's market. Launched around 01/4/2003 the 6200 works under the networks GSM 850 / 1800 / 1900. Having a dimension of only 106 x 45 x 19 mm while weighting only 91 g, this cell phone makes an interesting tool. The phone is equipped with a 780 mAh Li-Ion battery, enough to talk for about 4.00 hours and lets in standby mode about 240 hours. Its creators added a 820 KB memory, a good quantity for your daily tasks! A cool thing of the Nokia 6200 is the speaker phone, being a useful tool anywhere! The large screen lets you insert wallpapers of 128 x 128 px.
Nokia has designed its 6200 with a 8 chords ringtone player, making a great phone for you to add many ringtones. The gaming system included in the Nokia 6200 is running on J2ME, having cool little games to play with! Unsurprisingly, being a standard in the industry, the 6200 has support for both SMS and EMS. You also have MMS messages enabled to send pictures and clips! The cell phone comes with a calendar which is very intuitive and Nokia provided a phone book having a contact list capacity of 500.
The text prediction system exploits the T9 technology, which is renowned as a good tool. The data transfer is using the GPRS (Class 6) / EDGE technology. The 6200 comes with an infrared port for wireless data transfer. It can also be connected to a computer with a cable to exchange data between both systems. We conclude believing the Nokia 6200 to be a great cell phone and we greatly encourage it to our readers!
