An extraordinary mobile phone we had the chance to test is the Nokia 6236i, a cell phone that has been created to compete a very competitive market. Released around 01/10/2005 the 6236i works under the networks CDMA 800 / 1900. Being of size 105 x 42 x 18 mm and having a weight of only 98 g, this phone has a perfect design. The Nokia 6236i also includes a nice little camera of 0.3 MP / 640 x 480 px / 4X Zoom / Video Recorder. It comes with a 1070 mAh Li-Ion battery which lets you talk for about 3.50 hours and provides in standby mode 288 hours. Its creators incorporated a 10 MB memory, a good quantity for a regular use! An attractive option of the Nokia 6236i is the speaker phone, which is useful in the car for example! The screen on this cell phone lets setting a wallpaper of 128 x 128 px.
Nokia has modeled its 6236i with a 24 chords ringtones engine, ready for you to add all the ringtones you wish. The gaming engine Nokia 6236i is running on BREW, which supports many fun games! Unsurprisingly, as it is available in all cell phones nowadays, the 6236i has support for both SMS and EMS. Adding to that it supports MMS messaging to send all your multimedia messages! The predictive text system is using the T9 technology, being a top system for easy using.
The data transfer uses the cdma2000 1xRTT technology. The 6236i is built with an infrared port for data transfer. It can also be connected to a computer with a cable to share ringtones, wallpapers, etc. We believe the Nokia 6236i to be a great cell phone and we happily suggest it to our readers!
