Nokia 6800 review
An interesting cell phone we have experimented is the Nokia 6800, a cell phone that has been created to revolutionize the mobile phone market. Unveiled around 01/4/2003 the 6800 works under the networks GSM 900 / 1800. Having a dimension of only 119 x 55 x 23 mm while weighting only 122 g, this item´s size will please its users. It comes with a 1000 mAh Li-Ion battery, enabling a talk time of 4.50 hours and lets in standby mode about 240 hours. Its engineers included a 5.0 MB memory, enough for your daily tasks! A cool thing of the Nokia 6800 is the speaker phone, being a useful tool anywhere! The nice screen of this cell phone lets setting a wallpaper of 128 x 128 px.
Nokia created the 6800 with a 4 chords ringtone player, making a great phone for you to add a lot of ringtones. The game collection included in the Nokia 6800 is running on J2ME, which supports many fun games! Unsurprisingly, as it is available in all cell phones nowadays, the 6800 offers both services EMS and SMS messaging. You also have MMS messages enabled to send all your multimedia messages! The cell phone comes with a calendar which is very intuitive and Nokia equipped it with a phone book having a contact list capacity of 500.
The text prediction system exploits the T9 technology, being very easy to use. This cell phone uses the GPRS (Class 6) technology. The 6800 comes with an infrared port for wireless data transfer. It can also be connected to a computer with a cable to transfer data between both systems. We have found the Nokia 6800 to be a very attractive companion cell phone and we would recommend it to our readers!
