Panasonic GD87 review
A great phone we had the chance to test is the Panasonic GD87, a cell phone that has been created to compete this year's market. Unveiled around 01/4/2003 the GD87 functions under the networks GSM 900 / 1800 / 1900. Being of size 98 x 49 x 23 mm and weighting only 103 g, this cell phone makes an interesting tool. The Panasonic GD87 is equipped with an interesting camera of 0.1 MP / 352 x 288 px / 2X Zoom. The phone is equipped with a 720 mAh Li-Ion battery, letting a talk time of 5.00 hours and gives in standby 150 hours. Its engineers included a 1 MB memory, just enough for your daily tasks! A cool thing of the Panasonic GD87 is the speaker phone, which is useful in the car for example! The nice screen of this cell phone is capable of setting wallpapers of 132 x 176 px.
Panasonic built the GD87 with a 16 chords ringtone ringer, ready for you to add several ringtones. The gaming engine Panasonic GD87 is based on In-Fusio, which supports many fun games! Unsurprisingly, being standard in all cell phone, the GD87 enables both SMS and EMS. You also have MMS messages enabled to send pictures and any multimedia file! The calendar available is very easy to use and Panasonic provided a phone book with a capacity of 200.
The text prediction system is using the T9 technology, which is very easy to use. The High speed data transfer is using the GPRS (Class 8) technology. The GD87 has an infrared port for data transfer. We have found the Panasonic GD87 to be a fantastic cell phone and we happily suggest it to anyone interested in a good phone!
