An outstanding phone we had the chance to review is the RIM BlackBerry 7100i, a phone that was conceived to compete the mobile phone market. Released around 01/10/2005 the BlackBerry 7100i supports the networks iDEN 800 / 900. Having a dimension of only 119 x 59 x 21 mm while weighting only 120 g, this item´s size will please its users. This phone arrives with a 960 mAh Li-Ion battery, letting a talk time of 4.00 hours and lasts in standby around 192 hours. Its engineers included a 64 MB memory, enough for your daily tasks! An interesting option of the RIM BlackBerry 7100i is the speaker phone, which is always useful in loud places! The nice screen of this cell phone lets setting a wallpaper of 240 x 260 px.
RIM has created its BlackBerry 7100i with a 32 chords capable ringtones, ready for you to add all the ringtones you wish. The gaming engine RIM BlackBerry 7100i is based on J2ME, providing cool games to play with! Unsurprisingly, since it is now standard in all phones, the BlackBerry 7100i has support for both SMS and EMS. Additionally it has MMS messaging to send pictures and any multimedia file! The text prediction tool uses the SureType technology, which is renowned as a good tool.
Connection to a computer is supported with a cable to transfer information. We conclude believing the RIM BlackBerry 7100i to be an awesome cell phone and we would recommend it to someone in search of a good phone!
