Samsung SGH-T309 review
A fantastic cell phone we had the chance to test is the Samsung SGH-T309, a phone that was designed to compete this year's market. Launched around 01/10/2005 the SGH-T309 supports the networks GSM 850 / 1800 / 1900. Having a dimension of only 94 x 48 x 25 mm while weighting only 85 g, this phone has a perfect design. The Samsung SGH-T309 is equipped with an interesting camera of 0.3 MP / 640 x 480 px / 4X Zoom / Flash / Video Recorder. It comes with a Li-Ion battery, enabling a talk time of 4.50 hours and provides in standby mode 216 hours. An interesting option of the Samsung SGH-T309 is the speaker phone, which is useful in the car for example! The screen on this cell phone lets you insert wallpapers of 128 x 160 px.
Samsung built the SGH-T309 with a 40 chords ringtone ringer, ready for you to add several ringtones. The gaming system included in the Samsung SGH-T309 is running on J2ME, supporting fun little games! Unsurprisingly, as it is available in all cell phones nowadays, the SGH-T309 has support for both SMS and EMS. You also have MMS messages enabled to send pictures and any multimedia file! The text prediction tool is using the T9 technology, which is very easy to use.
This cell phone is using the GPRS (Class 10) technology. The phone may be connected to a computer with a cable to exchange ringtones, wallpapers, etc. We have found the Samsung SGH-T309 to be a very attractive companion cell phone and we greatly encourage it to someone in search of a good phone!
