Samsung SGH-V205 review
A great phone we had the chance to test is the Samsung SGH-V205, a phone that was conceived to compete a very competitive market. Launched around 01/1/2003 the SGH-V205 is supporting the networks GSM 900 / 1800 / 1900. Having a dimension of only 91 x 47 x 23 mm and having a weight of only 96 g, this phone is just the perfect size. The Samsung SGH-V205 is including a nice little camera of 0.1 MP / 352 x 288 px / Rotate / Self-Timer. It comes with a 850 mAh Li-Ion battery which lets you talk for about 4.00 hours and gives in standby 110 hours. Its creators added a 3 MB memory, enough for your daily tasks! The screen on this cell phone lets you insert wallpapers of 128 x 128 px.
Samsung built the SGH-V205 with a 40 chords ringtone ringer, making a great phone for you to add a lot of ringtones. Unsurprisingly, being a standard in the industry, the SGH-V205 offers both services EMS and SMS messaging. Additionally it has MMS messaging to send all multimedia files! The calendar available is very intuitive and Samsung provided a phone book having a capacity of 500. The text prediction tool is based on the T9 technology, being very easy to use.
The data transfer uses the GPRS (Class 8) technology. The SGH-V205 has an infrared port for wireless communication. It can also be connected to a computer with a cable to share information. We believe the Samsung SGH-V205 to be a fantastic cell phone and we happily suggest it to someone in search of a good phone!
