Samsung SPH-A580 review
An extraordinary mobile phone we had the chance to review is the Samsung SPH-A580, a cell phone that has been created to compete a very competitive market. Unveiled around 01/4/2006 the SPH-A580 supports the networks AMPS 800 / CDMA 800 / 1900. Measuring only 91 x 45 x 23 mm and weighting only 93 g, this phone is just the perfect size. A cool thing of the Samsung SPH-A580 is the speaker phone, being a useful tool anywhere! The large screen lets installation of wallpapers of 128 x 160 px. Samsung created the SPH-A580 with a 32 chords ringtone ringer, making a great phone for you to add a lot of ringtones.
Unsurprisingly, as it is available in all cell phones nowadays, the SPH-A580 offers both services EMS and SMS messaging. It also supports MMS messaging to send pictures and any multimedia file! The phone has a calendar which is well designed and Samsung included a phone book enabling a contact list of 300. The text prediction system is using the T9 technology, which is renowned as a good tool. The SPH-A580 supports streaming media exploiting the PCS Vision technology. The High speed data transfer is using the cdma2000 1xRTT technology.
Connection to a computer is possible with a cable to transfer ringtones, wallpapers, etc. We have found the Samsung SPH-A580 to be a very attractive companion cell phone and we happily suggest it to anyone interested in a good phone!
