Sanyo M1 review
A special phone we had the chance to review is the Sanyo M1, a cell phone that has been created to revolutionize the mobile phone market. Unveiled around 01/10/2006 the M1 supports the networks CDMA 800 / 1900. Having a dimension of only 91 x 48 x 23 mm and weighting only 108 g, this item´s size will please its users. The Sanyo M1 is including a compact camera of 2.0 MP / Flash / Zoom / Autofocus / Video Recorder. Its engineers included a 1.0 GB memory, just enough for your daily tasks! A cool thing of the Sanyo M1 is the speaker phone, which is useful in the car for example! The screen on this cell phone lets installation of wallpapers of 240 x 320 px.
Sanyo built the M1 with a 72 chords ringtones engine, ready for you to add tons of ringers. If you like phones that uses skins you will be happy the M1 enables custom. The gaming system included in the Sanyo M1 is based on J2ME, having cool little games to play with! Not surprisingly, being a standard in the industry, the M1 supports both SMS and EMS. It also supports MMS messaging to send pictures and clips! The calendar available is very intuitive and Sanyo provided a phone book with a capacity of 500.
The text prediction system exploits the T9 technology, which is very easy to use. The M1 is supporting streaming media of type exploiting the Sprint TV technology. The data transfer uses the cdma2000 1xEV-DO technology. It can also be connected to a computer with a cable to share data between both systems. We conclude believing the Sanyo M1 to be a very attractive companion cell phone and we would recommend it to our readers!
