An interesting option of the Sanyo S1 is the speaker phone, being a useful tool anywhere! The nice screen of this cell phone lets installation of wallpapers of 128 x 160 px. Sanyo has designed its S1 with a 32 chords ringtones engine, making a great phone for you to add all the ringtones you wish. If you like skinnable phones you will appreciate to know that the S1 has customizable themes enabled.
The gaming engine Sanyo S1 is running on J2ME, which supports many fun games! Not surprisingly, since it is now standard in all phones, the S1 enables both SMS and EMS. You also have MMS messages enabled to send pictures and clips! The phone includes a calendar which is well designed and Sanyo included a phone book having a contact list capacity of 200. The text prediction system uses the T9 technology, which is very easy to use. The data transfer uses the cdma2000 1xRTT technology.
