An outstanding phone we had the chance to test is the Sanyo VI-2300, a cell phone that has been created to rival a very competitive market. Unveiled around 01/4/2005 the VI-2300 functions under the networks AMPS 800 / CDMA 800 / 1900. Being of size 85 x 47 x 27 mm while weighting only 102 g, this phone has a perfect design. This cell phone comes with a 1000 mAh Li-Ion battery, enough to talk for about 3.25 hours and lasts in standby around 312 hours. An attractive option of the Sanyo VI-2300 is the speaker phone, which is always useful in loud places! The screen on this cell phone lets you insert wallpapers of 128 x 128 px.
Sanyo designed the VI-2300 with a 32 chords capable ringtones, ready for you to add a lot of ringtones. The gaming engine Sanyo VI-2300 runs on J2ME, supporting fun little games! The cell phone comes with a calendar which is very easy to use and Sanyo provided a phone book with a capacity of 300. The predictive text system is using the T9 technology, which is very easy to use. This cell phone is using the cdma2000 1xRTT technology. The phone may be connected to a computer with a cable to share ringtones, wallpapers, etc.
