A great phone we have experimented is the Sony Ericsson K220i, a cell phone that has been created to rival this year's market. Released around 01/4/2007 the K220i works under the networks GSM 900 / 1800. Having a dimension of only 103 x 46 x 17 mm while weighting only 82 g, this cell phone makes an interesting tool. The Sony Ericsson K220i is including a nice little camera of 0.3 MP / 640 x 480 px / Zoom / Video Recorder. Its engineers included a 2.0 MB memory, a good quantity for your daily tasks! An interesting option of the Sony Ericsson K220i is the speaker phone, being a useful tool anywhere! The large screen lets you insert wallpapers of 128 x 128 px.
If you love to skin your phone you will be happy the K220i supports custom themes. Not surprisingly, since it is now standard in all phones, the K220i has support for both SMS and EMS. Adding to that it supports MMS messaging to send pictures and any multimedia file! The cell phone comes with a calendar which is well designed and Sony Ericsson included a phone book having a capacity of 300. The text prediction tool uses the T9 technology, being a top system for easy using.
The data transfer uses the GPRS (Class 10) technology. The K220i includes an infrared port for all your data transfer. We have found the Sony Ericsson K220i to be an awesome cell phone and we greatly encourage it to anyone interested in a good phone!
