A fantastic cell phone we had the chance to review is the Verizon Wireless XV6700, a phone that was conceived to revolutionize a very competitive market. Released around 01/1/2006 the Wireless XV6700 is supporting the networks CDMA 800 / 1900. Having a dimension of only 108 x 59 x 24 mm and having a weight of only 172 g, this cell phone makes an interesting tool. The Verizon Wireless XV6700 is including a beautiful camera of 1.3 MP / 1280 x 960 px / Zoom / Flash / Macro / Video Recorder. The phone is equipped with a 1350 mAh Li-Ion battery which lets you talk for about 4.70 hours and lasts in standby around 200 hours.
Its creators incorporated a 128.0 MB memory, just enough for your daily tasks! Summing to its internal memory you can augment it with external memory with miniSD memory cards. An interesting option of the Verizon Wireless XV6700 is the speaker phone, which is always useful in loud places! The large screen lets installation of wallpapers of 240 x 320 px. If you love to skin your phone you will appreciate the fact that the Wireless XV6700 supports custom themes. The gaming system included in the Verizon Wireless XV6700 is based on J2ME, having cool little games to play with! Unsurprisingly, being a standard in the industry, the Wireless XV6700 enables both SMS and EMS.
Adding to that it supports MMS messaging to send all multimedia files! The prediction text tool is based on the Handwriting Recognition technology, being a top system for easy using. The Wireless XV6700 supports streaming media based on the Windows Media Player technology.
This cell phone uses the cdma2000 1xEV-DO technology. The Wireless XV6700 is built with an infrared port for data transfer. The phone may be connected to a computer with a cable to share data between both systems. We believe the Verizon Wireless XV6700 to be an awesome cell phone and we would recommend it to you!
